Butterflies and Flowers came from a request made by my young granddaughter. She loves flowers, hearts and butterflies, colors pink and purple. I picked cosmos as one of the flowers. She, along with her mom, my daughter, grew a bucket full of these beautiful flowers. She was so proud of them. I painted these over the last summer and finished them off with a sepia-colored ink pen.
