My Health Journey

I’m so excited.  I finally figured out how to set up a blog on this website.  Now I’m over the moon and will be practicing my blog skills.  Yay.

Isn’t it great to be excited about something?  It almost doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it’s awesome.  I stressed and struggled over this matter for a long time.  Well, I actually let weeks go by between tries because it was so incredibly frustrating.  But today I figured it out.  I’ll tell you that I just needed to read the instructions at:

Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page)

properly,  all the way to the end of the instructions.

I’14324204_10208981830416485_4573028083904381552_om also excited about my new body.  That sounds so weird, but it is how I feel.  I feel as though God has given me a brand new body and I’m learning how to take care of it.  It didn’t happen overnight though.  It has been a long journey and I’m going to write a series of articles about it.

I’m going to make some points and suggestions.  You know, like, 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.  I think there will be around nine points.  These are things that I feel are the most important things to consider and around which everything else will center.

I’ll be sharing the things which are helpful to me.  This is a personal journey so it is important to know that I am not a doctor or a dietitian or nutritionist.  I am writing about my journey and how I approached my own health issues, if you choose to be inspired by any of what I tell you that is up to you.  If you choose to follow any of the same things I do that is also up to you.  I’m going to try not to make a list of do’s and don’ts although I can tell you what I do and don’t do.

I do hope that you feel welcome to join in the conversation and ask questions and contribute your own experiences.  My goal is to inspire as many as I can to live our lives to the fullest and place a high value on our own bodies and selves.  I’d like to share inspirational quotes and things of beauty.  I wish I knew how to have my posts emailed directly to you but I’m feeling blessed right now just to know how to have this post show up in my blog.
