Past the middle of the month but not the year. There is still a lot of year. I didn’t make resolutions but I did make goals. I have a lot of goals for the year and I thought I would post them here so that I could be accountable. When I look at the year calendar spread out on my work room door I see so much potential.
I also picked a word for the year. Since I am feeling so much better this year compared to last year and so many good things did happen to help with that I decided on Grateful or Gratitude.
Gratitude
Here’s the list of goals.
- learn self-care,
- clean my car and keep it clean
- make pj’s out of cotton for myself, the man and my 15 year old person.
- clean the downstairs closet
- clean the outside oof the house
- make the outside (yard) beautiful
- sort paper and file
- Read.
- knit
- lose weight I need to lose about 50lbs. I lost 25 last year. I’ll keep you posted on it.
Here’s a list for work goals.
- get to 100 patterns, I currently have 33.
- get to 100 stoneware cups, I currently have 47.
- make more napkins
- make a calendar
- blog at least 2 times a month
Here’s a list of things we want to do as a family.
- See Lake Erie’s lighthouses
- Go to a Pride Parade virus permitting
- Camp at Lake Loramie
- Take lots of road adventures
- Visit my mom, virus permitting (my mom is in Canada, she is 93 and I haven’t seen her since 2011)
- See the giant silver bean. (Millenium Park, Chicago
I want to keep a list of things I’m grateful for. I won’t report on the progress of these list every time I blog but I would love to at least report once a month on it.
This is a fun thing to do to keep me blogging.
- Do you like to make lists?
- Are there things you want to accomplish?
- Are there places you want to see or people you really need to visit?
Let us know in the comments.
I am grateful beyond words that I am feeling so much better and have been able to do a lot more. I have been redoing my website and it is still under construction. I apologize for any inconvenience as a result. Thank you for reading this post.
