I said, “Praise the Lord”. I could just as well say, “Rejoice!” Yes, I have problems. Not big terrifying problems just achy, not waking up properly problems, coming from growing older and stepping up my workout routine. So when I say, “Praise the Lord”, I’m not saying Praise the Lord for the problems. I’m not praising Him for that. What I’m praising the Lord for is the fact that I’m alive enough to have problems. Having a problem means I’m still here. Feeling my aching back means I’m still here. There is still hope and there is still time to squeeze in a few more Praises to my God. Praise him for breath, and for life, and for loved ones, and for opportunities, and gifts. I’m going to offer this sacrifice right here and right now of praise. I will rejoice.
Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. Hebrews 13:15
Psalm 126:3 The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad.
Do you have a Praise? Would you like to share it? Please do in the comments. I would love to read it and rejoice with you.

I am so thankful for the rich gifts of sweetness and beauty all around. Hugs. Smiles. The sunshine. Plants. That I have eyes to see these things and a nose to smell them. That there is wonderful food for me when I am hungry and lovely water to my hearts content for drinking. Hot water to wash with at my leisure. Hurrying to get to work. I am grateful for my job and all the kind ladies I work with!!! It’s easy to go on and on once You start, isn’t it? Thanks for taking me to such a great space at the start of my day, Hanna!!! Sending hugs and Love Your way!!! 😊
